Prayer at St Matts
“One day Jesus was praying in a certain place. When he finished, one of his disciples said to him, “Lord, teach us to pray”
We believe that prayer is one of the most important parts of church life. Prayer is where we explore our friendship with Jesus, but also how we join God in renewing the world.
We have Weekly Morning Prayer at 9am in the church, a prayer text system that allows us to pray, confidentially, for any needs that arise, and we believe in the importance of prayer ministry - praying for one another and asking for the Holy Spirit to help each of us.
